Cancellation & Refund Policies

Thank you for booking a session or class with Savannah Frank. These offerings are sacred investments in your healing and personal growth. To honor the integrity of this work and respect everyone's time and energy, the following policies apply:

Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Your commitment is a vital part of the process, and each offering is designed to support you in powerful transformation.

Deposit Transfer Policy

Deposits for classes are non-refundable. However, in the event of an emergency or unexpected situation, your deposit may be transferred to a future class. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life is full of the unexpected. To support both flexibility and accountability, we offer a one-time grace policy:

  • First Cancellation: If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session or class one time at no additional cost.

  • Subsequent Cancellations: If you cancel again after rescheduling, the session is forfeited and considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not accepted unless due to a true emergency. In all other cases, the session is forfeited.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled session or class without notice, your payment is forfeited and no refund or transfer will be issued.
